My name is Fritz. I work with founders and their leadership teams when they are scaling fast and under pressure. With a background as VP Growth and as an executive coach, I help create clarity, structure, and momentum when it matters most.
I don’t spend much time on theory. I focus on what’s tangible: clear frameworks, honest dialogue, and concrete next steps. Clients value that I combine the perspective of a founder with the systemic view of a coach—bridging strategy and execution in a practical way.
I’ve worked with founders and teams in the high-stakes moments—pivots, rapid growth, and conflict. My role is that of a sparring partner—challenging when needed, supportive when it counts, and always focused on what creates progress.
Outside of work, I recharge in the ocean (surfing), or cooking a great Mexican dinner. For me, sustainable leadership is about balance: intensity in the moments that matter, and space to breathe and recover in between.
